What you’ll do

- Oversee and manage the logistics of card shipping, ensuring continuous visibility and accurate tracking of each dispatch to guarantee timely delivery and compliance with protocols.

- Implement, oversee, and verify the accuracy and compliance of the Cashback program, ensuring each cycle is completed with precision and adherence to company standards.

- Create, analyze, and interpret detailed reports on user card activities and transactions to support strategic, data-driven decisions by stakeholders.

- Innovate and enhance existing processes by identifying manual workflows that can be redesigned and automated, focusing on increasing operational efficiency and minimizing errors.

- Handle and resolve operational tickets concerning the Card product, ensuring comprehensive documentation and systematic resolution of each issue to maintain service quality.

- Foster collaboration and coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline shared processes and contribute to initiatives that enhance overall organizational effectiveness.

What we’re looking for

- Demonstrated expertise in analytical skills, enabling the identification of operational inefficiencies and the leadership of strategic, continuous improvement initiatives.

- Exceptional precision in attention to detail, coupled with a methodical approach to managing complex information and documentation.

- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, efficiently managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Highly self-driven and proactive, with a strong propensity for independently identifying opportunities and implementing actionable improvements.

- Proficient in utilizing Google Workspace applications, including Sheets, Docs, and Slides, to facilitate and enhance operational tasks.

- Required proficiency in English, ensuring effective communication and comprehension.

- Experience with task management systems and ticketing tools is advantageous but not mandatory.

- Familiarity with artificial intelligence platforms such as Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT, along with workflow automation tools like N8N and data visualization software such as Tableau, is considered beneficial.
