
We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive strategy and execution acrossconsumer financial products such as payments, cards, investments, lending, andother financial services. You’ll also help shape how AI can enhance customerexperiences and transform the way we build products.
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for key fintech experiences
- Understand customer behavior through data, research, experimentation, and AI-driven insights
- Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, andrevenue
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Compliance, and Operations
- Translate customer problems into product solutions with measurable impact
- Leverage AI across the product lifecycle, from discovery and requirementsdefinition to rapid prototyping, experimentation, and delivery
- Explore how AI can improve customer experiences, automation, anddecision-making
- Balance customer experience with scalability, risk, and compliancerequirements
- Build onboarding experiences and trust-building mechanisms that help newexternal users get started with confidence
- 3+ years of Product Management experience building consumer products, ideally in fintech
- Experience in one or more areas: payments, cards, wallets, lending, investments, or financial services
- Experience building global products and working with fintech infrastructure, stablecoins, and fraud/risk systems
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, money movement flows,and complex distributed systems
- Data-driven mindset with experience owning OKRs, defining metrics, and operating in ambiguous, high-impact environments
- Comfortable using AI tools to accelerate product discovery, requirements definition, prototyping, and execution
- Strong cross-functional leadership across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Support teams
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail, strong ownership mentality, and hands-on execution mindset
