
- Act as Salesforce System Administrator for the Sales and Customer Success organizations
- Own user management, permissions, profiles, roles, and security
- Maintain and evolve Salesforce configuration including objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, and automations (Flows)
- Build, maintain, and optimize Salesforce reports and dashboards used by Sales leadership
- Ensure high standards of data integrity, cleanliness, and consistency across the CRM
- Troubleshoot Salesforce issues quickly and independently, acting as the first line of support for the business
- Serve as the internal Salesforce owner through an upcoming Salesforce instance transition, partnering closely with external Salesforce consultants
- Document current-state processes, objects, automations, and reporting logic to support the transition
- Support user acceptance testing, data validation, and post-launch stabilization
- Fully own Salesforce post-launch once the partner engagement concludes
- Administer and support sales tools (e.g. prospecting tools, sequencing, enrichment, contract tools)
- Own integrations, workflows, and basic automation logic
- Be the first line of support for Sales and CS reps
- Translate sales process requirements into Salesforce configuration
- Maintain documentation for sales processes and CRM usage
- Support onboarding of new sales reps from a systems perspective
- Partner with Sales leadership to operationalize sales motions
3+ years hands-on Salesforce administration experience
Strong experience with:
β’ Salesforce Sales Cloud
β’ Flows and basic automation
β’ Reports and dashboards
β’ Data imports, exports, and hygiene
β’ Experience supporting a B2B sales + customer success teams
β’ Comfortable working with external Salesforce partners or consultants
β’ Highly autonomous and execution-oriented
