
• Lead the product design for multicurrency wallet features: currency conversion flows, cross-bordertransfers, balance management, and FX rate displays.
• Drive design strategy aligned with business OKRs; define and track success metrics (conversion,activation, task completion) using analytics tools.
• Own the discovery process: conduct user research, synthesize insights, map opportunity areas, andpresent recommendations to stakeholders with data-backed rationale.
• Create high-fidelity prototypes and validate them with users before engineering commitment, leveragingAI tools for rapid iteration.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Compliance teams to ensure designs meetregulatory requirements and technical feasibility.
• Define and maintain design system components specific to financial product patterns (transaction lists,account summaries, KYC flows, onboarding).
• Establish and follow structured design processes: clear documentation, organized Figma files,predictable timelines, and on-time deliverables.
• Advocate for the user by defending design decisions with evidence, usability test results, analyticsdata, competitive benchmarks.
• 5+ years of product design experience, with at least 2 years in financial services, fintech, orpayments.
• Proven portfolio showing multicurrency, wallet, or cross-border payment product work.
• Strategic mindset: ability to connect business goals to design outcomes and articulate trade-offsclearly.
• Data fluency: comfortable interpreting quantitative data (funnels, cohorts, A/B test results) to informdesign decisions.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal) — able to present findings, write documentation, andcommunicate asynchronously across time zones.
• Expert-level Figma skills: components, variables, auto-layout, dev mode, prototyping.
• Strong organizational skills: proven track record of meeting deadlines, managing multipleworkstreams, and keeping stakeholders informed.
• Experience working with cross-functional squads (PM, Eng, Data, Compliance) in agile environments.
• Ability to defend design decisions in stakeholder reviews using research evidence and businessmetrics, not just aesthetics.
