
Lead cross-functional insight meetings with key areas (Sales, CS, Marketing, Product) to translate data into actionable business decisions.
Own the full insight cycle: from understanding business context and defining the right questions, to delivering clear narratives, identifying root causes, and proposing concrete actions.
Drive proactive analytics, moving from reactive ticket-based reporting to structured, recurring insights with measurable impact.
Build and present deep-dive analyses such as: Churn drivers and retention opportunities ICP and customer segmentation Funnel performance and drop-off analysis Revenue and behavior trends.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align insights with OKRs and track execution of proposed actions.
Continuously explore new data sources (product analytics, support data, behavioral signals) to uncover hidden patterns and opportunities.
Act as a bridge between data and business, ensuring insights are understood, trusted, and acted upon.
Automating exploratory analysis Generating hypotheses and detecting anomalies.
Enhancing storytelling with AI-assisted narratives.
Building lightweight data agents or workflows for recurring insights Experiment with new AI capabilities (LLMs, agents, copilots) to reduce time-to-insight and scale impact across teams
3–5+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Strategy roles with strong focus on insights generation.
Exceptional ability to translate data into clear, compelling narratives and business recommendations.
Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets (Redshift, BigQuery or similar).
Experience working with product, marketing, or revenue data (funnels, retention, segmentation, LTV, etc.).
High business acumen: ability to understand context quickly and identify what really matters.
Proactive mindset, not waiting for requests, but identifying opportunities and driving initiatives.
Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders.
Experience leading or participating in cross-functional discussions and influencing decision-making.
Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to support data analysis, insight generation, or workflow automation.
Strong curiosity for AI and ability to apply it pragmatically to business problems (not just theoretical knowledge).
Nice to have:
