How to Make Local Currency Payments

Paying in your local currency has never been easier. Follow these steps to complete your payment efficiently and enjoy the benefits of this method.

Step 1

Log into the platform

Start by signing into your account using your credentials.

Step 2

Create your transaction

Create a new transaction by selecting the invoices you want to pay. This will generate the total amount in USD.

Choose "Wire" as your payment method since "Local Currency" isn't directly available on the platform yet.

Finalize the transaction. It will now show as "Pending receipt upload."

Step 3

Request your local payment link

To proceed with a local currency payment, simply click the "Request Payment Link" button below. A form will pop up where you can enter the following details:

Client Name (exactly as it appears on the platform).

The email address where you'd like to receive the payment link.

The amount to pay.

The country from which you’ll make the payment.

Once you submit the form, we’ll send your payment link to the provided email address right away.

Step 4

Receive your payment link

In the email, you’ll find:

The total amount in USD.

The exchange rate applied.

The equivalent amount in your local currency.

For example: If you’re paying from Colombia, the email will show your payment details in Colombian pesos.

Step 5

Make your payment

Follow the instructions in the payment link to complete your local currency payment. Once done, download your payment receipt.

Step 7

Payment review and approval

Our control team will review your payment. Once approved, you’ll receive a notification.

Step 6

Upload the receipt to the platform

Return to the platform and upload your payment receipt to the transaction you created earlier. The status will automatically update to "Pending approval."

Step 8

Contractor payment

Your contractors will receive the corresponding amount in their wallets according to the payment date set in their contracts.
