These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Cumple con Cashback” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, selected Ontop users with birthdays in June 2025 will be eligible to receive a 5% cashback reward on their first Ontop Card purchase during the Campaign Period, subject to the conditions below.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1. “Campaign Period” means the period between Sunday, June 1, 2025, 5:00 am (GMT-5) and Thursday, June 12, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).“Campaign Period” means the period between Saturday, June 1, 2025, 5:00 am (GMT-5) and Monday, June 30, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2.“Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Worker Wallet (as defined below) balance.
1.3.“Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the electronic or digital wallet account available to Workers from within the Ontop Platform that allows them to receive compensation payments from Clients and make electronic transactions to their own personal account(s) or to third-party accounts.
1.4. "Cashback” means a promotional refund equivalent to 5% of the amount spent on the first eligible Ontop Card purchase during the Campaign Period, subject to a maximum reimbursement of $30 USD.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1. To qualify as a participant in this Campaign (“Participant”), you must:To qualify as a participant in this Campaign (“Participant”), you must:
a. Have your birthday registered in June;
b. Receive a communication from Ontop confirming your eligibility for the Campaign;
c. Have access to or activate the Ontop Card before making your first purchase during the Campaign Period.
2.2. There are two Participant paths:
-For users who already have an issued Ontop Card: You will receive 5% cashback on your first Ontop Card purchase during June 2025.
-For users without an issued Ontop Card: If you activate your digital Ontop Card and make your first purchase with it in June 2025, you will receive 5% cashback on that purchase.
2.3. The cashback will be calculated based on the first eligible Ontop Card transaction made during the Campaign Period. The cashback will be granted manually to the Participant’s Ontop Worker Wallet within the first 15 business days of July 2025.
2.4. The maximum cashback amount is $30 USD per Participant.
2.5. Purchases must be made using the Ontop Card and must comply with all applicable Ontop Card Terms of Service.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1. The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period
3.2. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to disqualify any Participant if it is determined that fraud, misuse of the Ontop Card, or other unlawful action has taken place.
3.3. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.4. Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms
3.5. As per Section 16 of the Ontop Card Terms of Service: (i) these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.
3.6 By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Ontop may collect, store, and use any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
