Ontop Card – “First Purchase, On Us” Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Begins: April 16, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: May 1, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Card – “First Purchase, On Us” Campaign (the “Campaign”).

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users will receive a wallet credit and conditional matching reward designed to encourage Ontop Card issuance and first purchase activation.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period”

Means the period between April 16, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and May 1, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Wallet Credit”

Means the $5 USD credited upfront to eligible users’ Ontop Wallet as part of the Campaign.

1.3 “Activation Window”

Means the 15-calendar-day period starting from the moment the Ontop Wallet Credit is granted to the Participant.

1.4 “Ontop Card”

Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.5 “First Eligible Transaction”

Means the first successful purchase transaction made using the Ontop Card within the Activation Window.

1.6 “Matching Reward”

Means the cashback equal to the amount of the First Eligible Transaction, capped at $5 USD, credited after validation.

1.7 “Participant(s)”

Means eligible Ontop users who receive the Ontop Wallet Credit and complete a First Eligible Transaction in accordance with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY:

To participate in the Campaign, users must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have completed account setup and be eligible to transact
• Be part of Ontop’s defined new worker segment (including users who have not yet received their first payment)
• Receive the Ontop Wallet Credit from Ontop during the Campaign Period
• Issue an Ontop Card (digital or physical)
• Complete a First Eligible Transaction within the Activation Window
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

Participation is invite-based and limited to users selected by Ontop.

3. CAMPAIGN  MECHANICS:

3.1 Upfront Wallet Credit

• Eligible users will receive a $5 USD Ontop Wallet Credit.
• The Activation Window begins immediately upon crediting this amount.
• This credit is intended to enable initial Ontop Card usage.
• The Wallet Credit is non-transferable and subject to these Terms.

3.2 First Purchase Requirement

• To qualify for the Matching Reward, users must:
  • Issue an Ontop Card
  • Complete one (1) First Eligible Transaction within the Activation Window
• Only the first transaction will be considered for the Campaign.

3.3 Matching Reward

• Ontop will match the amount of the First Eligible Transaction, up to a maximum of $5 USD.

Examples:

• If the user spends $5 → receives $5
• If the user spends $3 → receives $3
• If the user spends $8 → receives $5 (cap applied)
• The Matching Reward will be credited after validation, following the Campaign Period.

3.4 Total Campaign Value

• Maximum total benefit per Participant: $10 USD
  • $5 USD upfront Wallet Credit
  • Up to $5 USD Matching Reward

4. CASHBACK CALCULATION AND CREDITING:

• The Matching Reward is calculated based on the settled amount of the First Eligible Transaction only.
• Only successfully completed and validated transactions qualify.
• The Matching Reward will be:
  • Credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet
  • Processed after validation and following the Campaign Period
  • Subject to Ontop’s standard processing timelines
• If no First Eligible Transaction is completed within the Activation Window:
  • The Participant will not receive any Matching Reward

5. RESTRICTIONS:

• Only the first eligible transaction within the Activation Window qualifies.
• Reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled transactions are excluded.
• Only card-based purchase transactions qualify:
  • Transfers, peer-to-peer payments, withdrawals, and cash-like transactions are excluded
• Abuse, gaming, or artificial transactions (including self-payments or circular transactions) are strictly prohibited.

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Revoke Wallet Credits or Matching Rewards
• Disqualify Participants in cases of suspected fraud or misuse

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time
• Adjust eligibility, validation, or reward calculation criteria

Any changes will not affect rewards already earned in compliance with these Terms.

7. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

9. ‍GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

‍9.1 Validity.

The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period. The Activation Window may extend beyond the Campaign Period for users who received the Wallet Credit before the Campaign end date.

9.2 Fraudulent Activity.

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block participation in cases of fraud, abuse, or manipulation.

9.3 Eligibility Adjustments.

Ontop may modify eligibility conditions at its sole discretion.

9.4 Limitation of Liability.

Ontop is not responsible for technical issues or failed transactions affecting participation.

9.5 Governing Documents.

Please refer to Ontop’s General Terms, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service for additional conditions.

9.6 Governing Law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.

9.7 Tax Responsibility.

Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes related to rewards received.
