These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Ontop Cashback Program (this “Campaign”). During the Campaign, eligible new Ontop clients who meet the criteria outlined below will receive a cashback credit equal to 50% of their Ontop service fees from the first month, up to a maximum of $1,000 USD.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Monday, November 1st, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Wednesday, December 31st, 2025, 11:59 pm, 11:59 pm (GMT-5). (This period may be extended or terminated earlier at Ontop’s sole discretion.)
1.2 “Cashback” means the promotional credit equal to 50% of the Participant’s first-month Ontop service fees, capped at $1,000 USD.
1.3 “Ontop Balance” means the account credit associated with a Participant’s Ontop account.
1.4 “Participant(s)” means new Ontop clients that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1 of these Terms.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign, you must:
2.2 Reward: If you meet all the eligibility criteria in 2.1, you will receive 50% cashback on the Ontop service fees charged during your first month, up to a maximum of $1,000 USD.This replaces the previous one-time $100 USD cashback credit.The cashback applies only to Ontop service fees and not to salaries, taxes, or pass-through costs.
2.3 Cashback Crediting: The cashback amount (50% of your first-month service fees, capped at $1,000) will be manually credited to your Ontop Balance within twenty-four (24) hours after you successfully run your first payroll on the Ontop platform.
You will be notified via email once the credit has been applied.
The credited amount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash; however, it remains available for use and can be applied toward future payroll runs or any other Ontop services.
2.4 Limitations: This Campaign cannot be combined with any other Ontop discounts, promotions, or offers.The cashback incentive is limited to one per company (each company can only claim the cashback reward one time under this promotion).Ontop reserves the right to cancel the cashback reward or disqualify a Participant if any fraudulent activity, abuse of the offer, or repeated attempts to obtain multiple cashback credits are detected
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the designated one-hour window communicated via push notifications and email.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.
3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.
3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
