Campaign Date: Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-3)
These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Reserve – "Jueves Loco" Campaign (the "Campaign").
During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users who subscribe to the Reserve Monthly Plan will receive their first subscription month free of charge, in accordance with these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 "Campaign Period"
Means the 24-hour period on Thursday, June 25, 2026, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-3).
1.2 "Reserve"
Means the Ontop Reserve subscription product and its associated benefits, including cashback, Reserve Credits, fee discounts, enhanced Future Fund yields, and VIP lounge access, as described by Ontop.
1.3 "Monthly Plan"
Means the Reserve subscription billed on a monthly basis at the standard price of USD 14.90 per month.
1.4 "Free Trial"
Means the standard 7-day free trial available exclusively to users who have never previously held a Reserve subscription.
1.5 "First Month Free Benefit"
Means the Campaign benefit by which the Participant's first billed month of the Reserve Monthly Plan is provided free of charge (USD 0.00).
1.6 "Participant(s)"
Means eligible Ontop users who subscribe to the Reserve Monthly Plan during the Campaign Period and comply with these Terms.
2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY:
To participate in the Campaign, users must meet all of the following conditions:
The Campaign applies only to new subscriptions to the Reserve Monthly Plan completed during the Campaign Period. Users with an active Reserve subscription at the start of the Campaign Period are not eligible for the First Month Free Benefit.
3. CAMPAIGN MECHANICS:
During the Campaign Period, eligible users who subscribe to the Reserve Monthly Plan will receive the First Month Free Benefit. The benefit applies as follows depending on the Participant's eligibility:
3.1 Users with Free Trial available
Users who have never previously held a Reserve subscription will first receive their standard 7-day Free Trial. Upon completion of the 7-day Free Trial, the First Month Free Benefit applies, and the Participant's first billed month of the Monthly Plan will be free of charge.
3.2 Users without Free Trial available
Users who are not eligible for the Free Trial (for example, because they have previously held a Reserve subscription) will receive the First Month Free Benefit directly: their first billed month of the Monthly Plan will be free of charge upon subscribing.
3.3 Billing after the benefit
After the First Month Free Benefit (and, where applicable, the Free Trial) ends, the subscription will renew automatically at the standard Monthly Plan price of USD 14.90 per month, unless the Participant cancels in accordance with Ontop's standard cancellation terms. Participants may cancel at any time through their Ontop account.
4. RESTRICTIONS:
The Campaign does not apply to:
The First Month Free Benefit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged, combined with other offers, or redeemed for cash. Each eligible user may receive the First Month Free Benefit only once.
Artificial subscriptions, duplicate accounts, or any attempt to abuse the Campaign are strictly prohibited.
Ontop reserves the right to reject participation, revoke the benefit, disqualify Participants, and recover any benefit granted in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.
5. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
Ontop reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Campaign at any time. Ontop may adjust eligibility, validation requirements, or benefit mechanics at its sole discretion. Any changes will not affect benefits already validly granted in compliance with these Terms prior to the change.
6. PERSONAL DATA:
Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, including eligibility validation, benefit crediting, fraud prevention, and compliance with applicable requirements. Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.
7. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, Reserve Terms of Service, and Ontop's Privacy Policy.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
8.1 Validity
The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.
8.2 Fraudulent Activity
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block participation and recover any benefit granted in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
8.3 Eligibility Adjustments
Ontop may modify eligibility conditions, participation requirements, or validation criteria at its sole discretion.
8.4 Limitation of Liability
Ontop is not responsible for technical issues, failed subscriptions, network failures, payment declines, or other third-party errors that affect a user's ability to participate.
8.5 Governing Documents
Please refer to Ontop's General Terms, Privacy Policy, and Reserve Terms of Service.
8.6 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
8.7 Tax Responsibility
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes arising from the benefit received under this Campaign.
