"Ontop Reserve – Refer & Earn Campaign"

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Reserve – Refer & Earn” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, eligible Ontop users who refer other users to subscribe to the Reserve plan during the Campaign Period (as defined below) will receive a Cashback bonus along with the new referred user.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Thursday, July 3, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Wednesday, July 31, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Cashback” means bonuses credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet balance under the conditions set forth in these Terms.

1.3 “Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Global Wallet balance. The Ontop Card is available in both digital and physical formats.

1.4 “Ontop Wallet” or “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services.

1.5 "Referred" means a user who was referred by the Referrer to subscribe to the Reserve Subscription.

1.6 "Referrer" means a user who is subscribed to the Reserve Subscription and refers a Referred user to subscribe to the Reserve Subscription.

1.7 “Reserve Subscription” refers to the premium monthly or annual plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates. Available at https://www.getontop.com/legal/terms-of-service---reserve---ontop-subscription-plans

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify for the Campaign, both the Referrer and the Referred user must meet the following conditions:

• The Referrer must be an Ontop user with an active Reserve Subscription at the time of referral.
• The Referred user must:
  • subscribe to the Reserve plan (monthly or annual) during the Campaign Period after being referred to Reserve Subscription.
  • Use the Referrer’s name at the moment of subscription.

2.2 Upon successful validation of the referral and subscription, both the Referrer and the Referred user will receive $10 USD in Cashback, credited to their respective Ontop Wallets.

2.3 The Cashback will be credited within fifteen (15) business days after the end of the Campaign Period.

2.4 The Cashback is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other forms of payment.

2.5 Ontop reserves the right to withhold or cancel the Cashback in the event of suspected fraud, abuse, or failure to meet the conditions outlined in these Terms.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, terminate, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our **Worker General Terms and Conditions, Worker Wallet Terms of Service**, Terms of Service-Reserve-Ontop Subcription Plan, and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Terms.

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign.
