"Ontop Reserve – Travel Giveaway Campaign"

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Reserve – Travel Giveaway Campaign” (this “Campaign”). Eligible independent contractors who have or acquire a Reserve subscription during the Campaign Period (as defined below) will be automatically entered into a prize draw for a travel-related reward.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Wednesday, July 29, 2025, 8:00 am (GMT-5) and Tuesday, August 5, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out to the independent contractor through various payment methods.

1.3 “Reserve Subscription” refers to the premium monthly or annual plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates.

1.4 “Contractors” means independent contractors who use the Ontop Platform and are eligible to subscribe to a Reserve membership.

1.5 “Giveaway” refers to the raffle organized by Ontop, in which one (1) eligible Participant will win a travel-related reward in the form of a cash credit.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify as participants in the Campaign (“Participants”), Contractors must meet the following conditions:

(i) Have an active Reserve Subscription (monthly or annual) during the Campaign Period; or

(ii) Subscribe to the Reserve plan (monthly or annual) via the Ontop Platform during the Campaign Period.

2.2 All Participants who meet the conditions above will be automatically entered into the Giveaway.

2.3 The winner will be selected at random and announced by August 9, 2025, via email or in-app notification.

2.4 The prize will consist of a cash credit of $500 USD to be deposited in the winner’s Ontop Wallet. Ontop will not be responsible for purchasing flights, accommodations, or making travel arrangements on behalf of the winner.

2.5 This Campaign is valid only once per user and cannot be combined with other entries or transferred.

2.6 Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any user or revoke eligibility in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of the Ontop Platform Terms.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign.
