Reserve 50% OFF – Flash Campaign – Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Reserve 50% OFF – Flash Campaign (this “Campaign”). During the Campaign, eligible Ontop users who subscribe to the Reserve plan will receive a cashback equivalent to 50% of the plan’s subscription fee, credited to their Ontop Card.

1. DEFINITIONS:

‍

1.1 “Campaign Period”

means the period between Friday, September 26, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, September 26, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card”

refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet”

means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from clients.

1.4 “Reserve”

is Ontop’s premium subscription plan that provides users with exclusive benefits, including enhanced cashback, perks, and additional financial features.

1.5 “Participant(s)”

means verified Ontop users who subscribe to the Reserve plan during the Campaign Period.

1.6 “Cashback”

refers to the 50% refund of the subscription fee for the Reserve plan, credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility:

To qualify for this Campaign, you must:

• Be a verified Ontop user;
• Subscribe to the Reserve plan during the Campaign Period;
• Comply with Ontop’s general terms and conditions.

2.2 Cashback:

• Participants will receive 50% cashback of the Reserve plan’s subscription fee.
• The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.3 Cashback Crediting:

• The cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card within fifteen (15) days following the end of the Campaign Period.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period and only for users who subscribe to the Reserve plan.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account if any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.

3.3 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately upon publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete submissions..

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications.Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the prize.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
