Terms Ontop Birthday - Prize Campaign

Campaign Begins: Wednesday, April 8, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Wednesday, April 30, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Birthday - Prize Campaign (the “Campaign”).Eligible Ontop users may participate in a promotional offer to receive 10% cashback (up to a USD 15 cap) by completing an elegible purchase with the Ontop card during the campaign period.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period”

Means the period between April 8, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5)** and April 30, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card”

Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 “Eligible Transactions”

Means all transactions made using the Ontop Card that are:

• Successfully completed during the Campaign Period
• Settled (not pending, reversed, or refunded)

1.4 “Participant(s)”

Means Ontop users who:

• Receive the notification enter the campaign.
• Make one Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period
• Comply with these Terms

1.5 “Reward”

Means a total amount of 10% the value of the first transaction (up to 15 USD) made during the campaign, which will be awarded to all participants who comply with the requirements.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES:

• To win in the Campaign, users must:
  • Have an active Ontop account
  • Have an active Ontop Card
  • Complete an Eligible Transaction during the Campaign Period
  • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

3. ENTRY MECHANICS:

The promotion applies only to eligible Ontop users who receive the campaign notification. To participate, users must complete their first purchase with the Ontop card during April 2026.

Cashback will be calculated as follows:

• Participants will receive 10% cashback on their first eligible transaction
• Cashback is capped at USD 15 per user
• Only the settled transaction amount will be considered for cashback calculation
• The benefit applies once per participant (first transaction only)

Transactions that do not meet the eligibility criteria or occur outside the Campaign Period will not qualify for the promotion.

4. WINNER SELECTION AND PRIZE DISTRIBUTION:

• Eligible participants will receive their 10% cashback (up to a USD 15 cap) after completing their first qualifying transaction during the Campaign Period.
• Cashback will be credited to the participant’s Ontop Wallet by the Friday of each week, for all qualifying transactions settled within that period.
• The final settlement date is May 1, 2026, after which no additional transactions will be considered for this promotion.
• Ontop reserves the right to verify the eligibility of each transaction and participant before issuing the cashback.
• The cashback reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for other benefits.

5. ELIGIBILITY AND VALIDATION:

Only transactions that meet the following criteria will be considered:

• Successfully completed within the Campaign Period
• Settled and not pending
• Not reversed, refunded, or disputed

Entries will be calculated after transaction validation.

6. RESTRICTIONS:

The following will not be considered:

• Transactions made before or after the Campaign Period
• Pending, reversed, refunded, or canceled transactions
• Transactions identified as fraudulent or abusive
• Participants who fail to complete the required Typeform registration

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign.

7. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify or suspend the Campaign
• Adjust validation criteria

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

8. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

10. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

10.1 Validity

The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

10.2 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant’s account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in order to gain additional cashback.

10.3 Eligibility

Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

10.4 Modification and Termination

Ontop reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication.

10.5 Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions.

10.6 Governing Documents

Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

10.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

10.8 Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

10.9 Data Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop’s Privacy Policy.
