Black Week Raffle — Terms and Conditions

Campaign Begins: Monday 24, November 12:00 am (GTM-5)

Campaign Ends:  Tuesday 2, December 11:59 pm (GTM-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Black Week Raffle campaign (the “Campaign”).

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users may earn raffle entries (“Entries”) based on their Ontop Card spending. Winners will be selected to receive a USD 400 reward.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period from Monday 24, November 12:00 am (GTM-5) to  Tuesday 2, December 11:59 pm (GTM-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or virtual) available through the Ontop Platform.

1.3 “Participant(s)” means Ontop users who make eligible purchases with their Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

1.4 “Reserve Plan” refers to the subscription plan offered by Ontop that provides enhanced card benefits, including increased cashback and exclusive perks.

1.5 “Entries” refers to the raffle tickets accumulated by Participants based on eligible Ontop Card purchases during the Campaign Period.

1.6 “Eligible Purchases” means purchases made with the Ontop Card that are successfully processed and not refunded, disputed, or reversed.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility:

To participate in this Campaign, Participants must:

• Hold an active Ontop Card.
• Make Eligible Purchases during the Campaign Period.
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

2.2 Earning Entries:

Participants will earn Entries as follows:

• Every USD 20 spent = 1 Entry.
• Purchases made at Amazon, airlines, or Airbnb earn +1 extra Entry per USD 20 spent.
• Reserve and Wanderlust subscribers earn double Entries on all Eligible Purchases, including bonus Entries.

Example:

A Reserve/Wanderlust user who spends USD 100 on Amazon earns:

• 5 base Entries × 2 (Reserve multiplier) = 10
• 5 Amazon bonus Entries × 1 = 5
• Total = 15 Entries

2.3 Entry Calculation Details:

• Only completed transactions posted during the Campaign Period qualify.
• Refunds, chargebacks, or cancellations invalidate Entries earned from those transactions.

2.4 Prize:

• Winners will receive USD 400 credited to their Ontop Card or Wallet.
• Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other credits.

2.5 Winner Selection:

• Ontop will randomly select winners within fifteen (15) days after the end of the Campaign Period.
• Ontop may contact winners by email or push notification.

2.6 Credit of Prize:

Rewards will be credited within thirty (30) days after winner confirmation.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Fraudulent Activity:

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign or disqualify Participants if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

3.2 Modification and Termination:

Ontop may modify or terminate the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication.

3.3 Limitation of Liability:

Participants release Ontop from any liability related to participation in the Campaign, including system errors, payment failures, or incomplete transactions.

3.4 Governing Documents:

Participation in this Campaign is subject to Ontop’s:

• Client General Terms and Conditions
• Worker General Terms and Conditions
• Privacy Policy
• Ontop Card Terms of Service

Capitalized terms not defined herein follow the definitions in those documents.

3.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Disputes will be resolved through individual binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.6 Tax Implications:

Participants are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with the reward.

3.7 Data Privacy:

By participating, Participants consent to the use of their personal data in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.
