These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Reserve: Free Trial Campaign” (this “Campaign”). Eligible independent contractors who subscribe to the Reserve anual plan during the Campaign Period (as defined below) will be eligible to receive a full reimbursement of their first monthly payment.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Tuesday, July 29, 2025, 8:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, August 1, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 “Ontop Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out to the independent contractor through various payment methods.
1.3 “Reserve Subscription” refers to the premium monthly plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates.
1.4 “Contractors” means independent contractors who use the Ontop Platform and are eligible to subscribe to a Reserve membership.
1.5 “Free Trial” refers to the promotional benefit of receiving a full refund of the first month payment ($12.08 USD) when subscribing to the Reserve anual plan during the Campaign Period.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 To qualify as participants in the Campaign (“Participants”), Contractors must meet the following conditions:
(i) Not have an active or previous Reserve Subscription prior to the Campaign Period;
(ii) Subscribe to the Reserve anual plan via the Ontop Platform during the Campaign Period;
(iii) Maintain the subscription active during the full trial month.
2.2 Eligible Participants will receive a full refund of $12.08 USD, corresponding to their first monthly payment.
2.3 The refund will be processed manually to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet between August 26 and August 30, 2025.
2.4 This Campaign is valid only once per user and cannot be combined with any other Reserve discounts, credits, or promotional offers.
2.5 If the Participant cancels the subscription or downgrades the plan before the end of the trial month, they will not be eligible for the refund.
2.6 Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any user or revoke the refund in case of suspected fraud, misuse, or breach of the Ontop Platform Terms.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.
3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.
3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.
3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign.
