These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Ontop Reserve Cashback Campaign (the "Campaign"). Under this Campaign, Ontop will select a limited number of eligible non-Reserve users who completed a qualifying purchase during the Qualifying Purchase Period and grant each of them a one-time cashback of up to USD 5. Throughout the Campaign Period, Selected Participants may receive communications regarding Ontop Reserve, including an opportunity to start a Reserve free trial.
1. DEFINITIONS:
Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user's Ontop Wallet.
Means the applicable Ontop product, subscription, benefit, or feature identified by Ontop as "Reserve," subject to availability, eligibility, and applicable product terms.
Means the first week of July 2026, between July 1, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and July 7, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5), during which a qualifying purchase must be completed to be considered for selection.
Means the period between July 10, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and July 31, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
Means a purchase made using the Ontop Card during the Qualifying Purchase Period that is:
Means up to one hundred (100) eligible non-Reserve users identified by Ontop as high spenders, who completed a Qualifying Purchase during the Qualifying Purchase Period and were selected by Ontop, at its sole discretion, to participate in the Campaign.
Means the cashback corresponding to the Selected Participant's Qualifying Purchase, up to a maximum of USD 5, credited to the Selected Participant's Ontop Wallet, subject to validation by Ontop.
Means the seven (7) day trial of Ontop Reserve, subject to Reserve's availability, eligibility requirements, and applicable product terms.
2. ELIGIBILITY:
To be eligible for the Campaign, a user must:
Selection is limited and discretionary. Completing a Qualifying Purchase does not guarantee selection or receipt of the Cashback Reward. Ontop may determine, at its sole discretion, which users are selected to participate.
3. HOW IT WORKS:
During the first week of July 2026, Ontop will identify eligible non-Reserve high spenders who completed a Qualifying Purchase during the Qualifying Purchase Period and will select up to one hundred (100) of them to participate in the Campaign. Selection is made by Ontop at its sole discretion.
Selected Participants will receive a one-time Cashback Reward corresponding to their Qualifying Purchase, up to a maximum of USD 5 per Selected Participant. The Cashback Reward will be credited to the Selected Participant's Ontop Wallet on or around July 10, 2026, subject to transaction validation. Only the settled transaction amount will be considered.
Throughout the Campaign Period, Selected Participants may receive communications regarding the benefits of Ontop Reserve, including an invitation to start the Reserve Free Trial.
If a Selected Participant chooses to start the Reserve Free Trial, plan activation may take up to twenty-four (24) hours from the moment the Participant opts in. The Reserve Free Trial is subject to Reserve's eligibility requirements, availability, and applicable product terms.

Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any user suspected of attempting to manipulate or abuse the Campaign, and to recover any reward granted in error or as a result of fraudulent activity.

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed and validated in compliance with these Terms.
8. PERSONAL DATA:
Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.
9. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop's General Terms and Conditions.
10. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant's account if fraud or unlawful action is detected.
Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.
By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions or uncredited cashback.
Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
