Wanderlust Anual + Free Shipping - Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Wanderlust Annual + Free Shipping Campaign (this “Campaign”). During the Campaign, eligible Ontop users who subscribe to the Wanderlust Annual Plan during April and complete the Typeform will receive free shipping for their Ontop physical card, as long as they’ve received the welcome email.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” refers to the duration of the Campaing.

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet or Worker Wallet balance.

1.3 “Wanderlust Subscription” is a premium plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including higher cashback rates on certain purchases.

1.4 “Participant(s)” means individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 2 and take part in this Campaign.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility

To qualify for the rewards under this Campaign, you must:

• Be an active Ontop user with a valid account.
• Only fill out the Typeform if you subscribe to the Wanderlust Anual Plan: https://admin.typeform.com/form/pzfYqYxm/create
• Subscribe to the Wanderlust Anual Plan, as detailed in Section 2.2.
• Meet any specific conditions associated with each reward category.

2.2 Wanderlust Anual + Free Shipping Rewards

1. Free Shiping Physical Card:
   • If the user subscribes to the Annual Wanderlust Plan, they will receive free shipping for the physical card.
   • The worker can only access this benefit if the welcome email has been sent to them.

2.3 Exclusions

• If the user fills out the Typeform but doesn’t subscribe to the annual plan, they will not receive free shipping.
• Free shipping is only available if the user subscribes to the annual plan. If they subscribe to the monthly plan, they will not receive free shipping.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period and only for users who received the official invitation.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account if any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.

3.3 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately upon publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete submissions.

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the prize.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The information provided in the Typeform will be used solely for the purpose of this Campaign.
