Cloudtask is a talent pool that seeks to connect people who want to be independent and have near-native English, with companies that are looking to hire people remotely by improving all recruitment processes for companies (mostly from the United States) and opening possibilities for remote workers to expand their horizons and work overseas.
Facing a changing TRM, Cloudtask’s contractors often did not get fully paid, and the company they used sometimes had delays (of even several weeks). The process was time-consuming an often had no information about the payment status. There was a lot of paperwork involved and the process was very extensive.
Cloudtask needed to find an easier way to pay workers at no cost to them.
Now Cloudtask’s contractors receive the money in their wallet, on time, every month and are able to send it wherever they want. It gives them the independence to manage their income as they wish.
In 3 months they were able to do all the onboarding with Ontop of all their workers and today it works great. Cloudtask knows they have support in everything related to the platform, contractors, and their wallets.
