Your FlexSeats invoices are generated based on a cut-off date, typically set between the 1st and 28th of each month. You should expect to receive these invoices before the start of your next billing cycle, ensuring everything is timely and predictable.
If you terminate a worker's contract, we'll adjust your next FlexSeats invoice to reflect only the days the worker was active. This ensures your billing is fair and accurately represents the services provided.
With FlexSeats activated, you'll receive individual invoices for each worker and a single consolidated invoice for all memberships for the month. This simplifies your billing, making it easier to track and manage your expenses.
