- 1–3 years of experience as an Accounting Analyst or in a similar role, ideally in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong comfort working with large datasets, bulk reconciliations, and building clear, reliable reports.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite is required (daily use, not just basic exposure).
- Exposure to process improvements, automations, or AI-driven tools is a plus.
- Experience with bank flows and Accounts Payable processes is a plus.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fully remote environment, with strong organizational skills and follow-through.
