What you’ll do

  • Lead Revenue Forensics by analyzing churn and retention as financial events, identifying revenue bleed and market drivers before they impact the bottom line.
  • Transform raw Salesforce and database data into executive-level, board-ready dashboards that guide VP-level strategic decisions.
  • Move the organization from reactive reporting to proactive insight generation.
  • Build efficiency models that uncover hidden growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Standardize operational processes that convert technical CS wins into expansion revenue.
  • Act as the bridge between Customer Success delivery and tangible financial outcomes, ensuring healthy unit economics as the company scales.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Revenue, Finance, and CS leadership to align technical execution with strategic growth objectives.
  • What we’re looking for

    • 4+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, CS Operations, or FP&A, focused on customer lifecycle and revenue metrics.
    • Strong financial and business acumen, with deep understanding of SaaS/Fintech unit economics (NRR, LTV, churn impact, margin implications).
    • Advanced analytical and modeling skills in Google Sheets and Looker Studio.
    • Ability to translate complex data into concise executive insights and decision-ready summaries.
    • Strong proficiency with CRM and automation infrastructure (Salesforce, n8n, Zapier, complex CRM data structures).
    • Strategic mindset, capable of conducting deep forensic analysis while designing scalable operational frameworks.
    • High ownership mentality and comfort operating at the intersection of Data, Revenue, and Strategy.
