What you’ll do

Build the Partner Ecosystem
  • Identify and engage repeatable demand sources:
    • Recruiter and talent networks
    • VC and PE portfolio ecosystems
    • Workforce aggregators and platforms
    • Execution-phase operators hiring globally in various industries and verticals such as content creators, advisors, and other entities that consolidate service agreements.
  • Negotiate referral and commercial agreements
  • Activate partners quickly and ensure recurring deal flow
Own Revenue from Partner Channel
  • Run discovery and closing for partner-sourced leads
  • Qualify for ICP fit
  • Drive deals through proposal, commit, and close
  • Maintain strong velocity and conversion

    Create a Scalable Engine
  • Develop partner onboarding frameworks
  • Build enablement materials and referral workflows
  • Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to implement tracking
  • Transition validated deal flow to AEs as volume scales
What Success Looks Like
  • High-leverage partners activated within first 60–90 days
  • Predictable monthly partner-sourced client flow
  • 30+ new partner-originated clients per month at scale
  • Clear playbook and reporting structure in place

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years in B2B SaaS sales, partnerships, channel, or business development
  • Strong closing experience with mid-market or growth-stage companies
  • Comfortable negotiating commercial agreements
  • Revenue-driven and KPI-oriented
  • Highly autonomous and execution-focused
  • Experience in fintech, HR tech, payroll, or global workforce is a plus
  • Experience working with VC ecosystems or recruiter networks is a strong plus
