- Reconcile transactions and balances to ensure accuracy and completeness of payouts.
- Manage and execute end-to-end payout operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance with local and international regulations, and timely delivery to users.
- Collaborate closely with Customer Experience and Support teams to resolve payout-related inquiries and tickets.
- Ensure the timely submission of required information to our partners regarding transactions placed on hold due to compliance reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.
- Experience working with large data sets and tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or BI platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Nice to Have Experience in fintech or global payroll/payments industry.
- Working knowledge of SQL or R studio or other data querying tools.
