Define and own the product roadmap for our Contractor HRIS, aligning business goals, user needs, and technical feasibility.Lead the strategy for centralized data storage and management, ensuring a "Single Source of Truth" for global contractor records.Use data and analytics to identify opportunities to automate manual HR workflows and document management.Collaborate closely with Engineering, Design, Data, and Business teams to build scalable infrastructure for global workforce data.
Translate the vision of a centralized contractor hub into clear requirements, user stories, and prioritized backlogs.
Lead discovery and delivery of features like custom data schemas, advanced reporting, and bulk data management.
Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously iterate based on user feedback and data insights.
Communicate product progress, trade-offs, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Ensure alignment between the contractor experience, operational data needs, and company strategy.
What we’re looking for
Data-driven mindset: Utilize advanced data analytics (Excel, SQL, Python) to derive actionable product insights for data architecture.
Expertise in Product Management: +3 years experience, specifically in HRIS, B2B SaaS, or Data Management platforms focused on Contractors.
