We’re looking for a Product Manager to own the Workforce Management domain, including contractor contracts, lifecycle management, onboarding, compliance flows, and internal workforce tooling. This role is foundational to Ontop’s operational scalability and revenue protection, ensuring contractor relationships are compliant, efficient, auditable, and easy to manage at scale. You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, Growth, and Customer Success, owning highly operational and business-critical product areas. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with ownership over both customer-facing experiences and internal systems, directly impacting onboarding speed, monetization, churn prevention, legal risk, and expansion readiness. What You’ll Do Own the end-to-end contractor experience, from contract creation to termination Lead core Workforce Management areas such as: Contracts & amendments Workforce views and dashboards Teams and organizational structures Contractor lifecycle flows Identify friction across customer and internal workflows and turn it into scalable product improvements Product Growth & Monetization Support product-led growth initiatives within Workforce Management Design and ship in-platform farming and upsell experiences, embedded in high-intent moments (hiring, contract creation, amendments, admin flows) Partner with Growth, Marketing, Sales, and CS to improve feature discovery, adoption, conversion, and incremental MRR Support revenue experiments such as bundles, add-ons, gated flows, and feature-led expansion Measure and optimize impact across adoption, conversion, retention, and revenue Contracts, Compliance & Execution Own product strategy for contract management across multiple contract types and signing methods Partner closely with Legal & Compliance to translate regulatory and risk constraints into scalable product solutions Ensure contract flows are compliant, auditable, and consistent across markets Own the roadmap and delivery for mission-critical workforce systems Partner closely with Engineering on backend-heavy, scalable solutions Data, AI & Outcomes Define and own core metrics: revenue, funnels completion , risk, churn, and platform reliability Use data and AI-driven insights to identify bottlenecks, improve reliability, and measure impact Reduce manual work and operational risk through automation and clear system ownership Act as product owner for Workforce Management within the Product Growth tribe Drive alignment and communicate priorities, trade-offs, and impact to senior stakeholders.
- 3+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in B2B SaaS, fintech, payroll, HR tech, or compliance-heavy platforms.
- Proven experience owning complex, rule-driven product domains.
- Strong execution, documentation, and prioritization skills.
- Solid technical fluency and a data-driven mindset.
- Experience working closely with Customer Success and Operations teams.
