What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end go-to-market execution, from strategy to asset creation, workflow setup, launch, and performance tracking.
  • Define and refine Ontop’s narrative and positioning, shaping how the market understands our value proposition.
  • Build high-impact enablement materials that empower Sales to win and Customer Success to scale.
  • Launch, test, and iterate campaigns using tools like Braze, Amplitude, and other modern growth platforms.
  • Take a hands-on, full-stack approach to delivery, building solutions yourself when needed (using tools like Lovable or other no-code/low-code platforms).
  • Own the feedback loop, leveraging data and experimentation to optimize messaging, activation, and adoption.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment across Product, Financial Services, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure clarity and execution focus.
  • Treat GTM as a product: ship fast, measure impact, and continuously improve based on real-world results.
  • Remove blockers proactively and maintain momentum in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Marketing or Growth roles, ideally within high-growth B2B or fintech environments.
  • Strong data storytelling skill, able to translate dashboards and analytics into clear strategic decisions and next steps.
  • Hands-on experience with Braze and Amplitude (or similar engagement and product analytics tools).
  • Proven track record of successful product launches, with measurable outcomes and impact.
  • Comfort using AI-assisted tools and no-code/low-code platforms to build assets, workflows, and experiments.
  • Clear evidence of being a self-starter, demonstrated ability to solve problems independently without relying on step-by-step guidance.
