
We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to be the operational backbone of our Product team. This is a mission-critical role designed to bridge the gap between strategy and execution, ensuring our roadmap is organized, predictable, and unblocked. You will take the tactical workload off the Head of Product, turning high-level strategy into actionable plans. Your mission is to manage the processes, documentation, and cross-functional orchestration that allow our Product Managers to focus on discovery and delivery. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, a data-driven mindset, and the ability to lead complex, multi-departmental projects.
- Roadmap Execution & Tactical Support
- Ensure Predictable Execution: Manage processes, dependencies, and timeline tracking to ensure the roadmap is executed smoothly and stays unblocked.
- Support Product Leadership: Act as the right hand to the Head of Product by preparing summaries, decision logs, and follow-ups to keep leadership aligned.
- Administrative Efficiency: Support Product Managers in maintaining high-quality documentation by providing templates, auditing for completeness, and handling version control, ensuring PMs can focus on core product discovery.
- Centralize Communication: Lead the coordination of complex projects involving Compliance, Legal, Finance, CX, and Tech.
- Governance: Build and maintain governance structures to keep all departments informed and synchronized.
- Guarantee Readiness: Own the operational and technical readiness checklists before any product launch.
- End-to-End Testing: Support coordination of comprehensive testing and validate processes to ensure a seamless go-live experience.
- Post-Launch Metrics: Ensure every area is prepared for launch with the corresponding success metrics and reporting in place.
- Build SOPs & Playbooks: Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), opportunity trees, and prioritization frameworks to help the team scale.
- Ways of Working: Continuously improve frameworks and governance models to increase team efficiency.
- Operational Excellence: Reduce manual work and operational risk through better tooling and automation.
- Leadership Updates: Produce clear, reliable weekly and monthly reports on initiative status, risks, and roadmap progress.
- Data-Driven Insights: Monitor operational metrics to provide visibility into team performance and delivery health.
- Experience: 3+ years in Product Operations, Project Management, or a similar role within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or Fintech environment.
- Organizational Mastery: Proven ability to manage complex, multi-departmental projects and high-stakes dependencies.
- Execution Focus: Strong documentation, prioritization, and execution skills with a \"get things done\" attitude.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional ability to synthesize complex information into clear updates for senior stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using data and metrics to track progress, identify bottlenecks, and improve reliability.
