What you’ll do

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise accounts.
  • Drive new revenue through consultative, value-based selling approaches.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Understand customer needs and position solutions that solve real business challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Sales Ops, and Customer Success to close and expand accounts.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets in a fast-paced SaaS environment.
  • What we’re looking for

    - 7+ years of experience in B2B sales within SaaS, HR Tech, Fintech, or technology companies.  
    - Proven experience leading end-to-end sales cycles across mid-market and enterprise segments.  
    - Strong track record in consultative selling.
