
- Outbound Prospecting & Pipeline Generation
- Generate outbound pipeline targeting SMB and mid-market companies (50–500 employees) across LATAM and North America
- Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce, and Amplemarket
- Execute multichannel outreach across cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp with intentional channel orchestration
- Consistently book qualified meetings aligned with Ontop’s ICP and pipeline quality standards Messaging, Positioning & Discovery
- Craft strong, context-driven openers adapted by region, persona, and channel - Handle objections with the right mindset, treating resistance as signals to explore
- Run short qualification and pre-demo calls to validate ICP fit and surface red flags early Internal Collaboration
- Proactively align with AEs before meetings, sharing context, hypotheses, and relevant insights
- Engage with other teams to exchange ideas, contribute proposals, and improve outbound execution Ownership, Performance & Optimization
- Track personal metrics and KPIs, identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for improvement
- Own the process after booking meetings, following up to confirm attendance and reduce no-shows
- Manage time, energy, and priorities to stay focused on high-impact activities Tools, AI & Continuous Improvement
- Use AI as a daily force multiplier to organize prospect lists, create lookalikes, refine messaging, and practice cold calls
- Stay current on competitors and alternative solutions prospects may be considering
- Continuously refine messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies based on performance data
- 2 to 3 years of hands-on outbound prospecting experience in a BDR or SDR role
- Proven experience selling SaaS solutions to small and mid-market companies (50–500 employees)
- HR tech, payroll, fintech, or workforce management experience is a strong plus Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial curiosity and ability to understand how businesses operate and scale
- Deep understanding of outbound prospecting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Confidence in cold calling and leading structured business conversations
- Analytical mindset with comfort tracking metrics, KPIs, and personal funnels
- High level of ownership, proactiveness, and accountability Tools & Technical Skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Familiarity with sales engagement platforms (Amplemarket or similar)
- Strong working knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfort using AI tools to support sales workflows
