What you’ll do
Design end-to-end user experiences for mobile and web products, from discovery and research to wireframes, prototypes, and final UI handoff.Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into intuitive, user-centric solutions.Conduct user research, usability testing, and validation sessions to gather insights and iterate on designs based on real user feedback.Create and maintain wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and design specifications using industry-standard tools.Define and evolve information architecture, navigation systems, and interaction patterns for complex products.Ensure consistency across the product by contributing to and following design systems, UX guidelines, and best practices.Balance user needs, technical constraints, and business goals—especially in regulated or financial services environments.Advocate for the user experience across the organization, bringing a strong UX perspective to product decisions.What we’re looking for
Experience in designing intuitive and user-centric experiences for mobile apps and web platforms, particularly in financial services.Proficiency in industry-standard UX design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Maze) for wireframing, prototyping, and design.Strong skills in creating information architecture, site maps, and navigation structures for complex web and app interfaces.What we offer
