Drive Financial Services Revenue Growth
- Own the pricing strategy for payout rails, including defining and iterating on fee structures to maximize financial services margin
- Expand payout coverage by identifying, evaluating, and integrating new payment rails across key geographies
- Build and maintain a reliable, high-performing payment infrastructure โ tracking success rates, latency, and business impact
- Partner with FinOps and Finance to model pricing decisions and measure revenue contribution per rail
Automate Internal Workflows and Reduce Operational Overhead
- Identify and eliminate manual touchpoints across payment operations by building automated handling for edge cases and exceptions
- Enable internal teams (Ops, Compliance, Support) to self-serve on wallet-related tasks without engineering dependency
- Define automation rate metrics per workflow, establish baselines, and drive continuous improvement toward operational targets
- Collaborate with AI and backend teams to surface wallet capabilities that unlock intelligent support and operations automation
Improve Worker Retention Through a Reliable Wallet Experience
- Define and evolve wallet collection and payment rules with a focus on reducing friction and worker confusion
- Partner with the Onboarding team to ensure the wallet activation flow supports strong first-time engagement and long-term retention
- Build analytics and lifecycle instrumentation to enable cohort-level retention analysis and data-driven product decisions
Maintain and Evolve the Wallet Core Platform
- Own core wallet infrastructure: balances, transactions, settings, payment tracking, and rail integrations
- Partner with Engineering on complex systems and architecture decisions, balancing new feature delivery with platform stability
- Manage tech and design debt as continuous tracks, ensuring the platform remains scalable and maintainable
- Monitor performance, lead incident resolution, and drive operational excellence across the wallet stack
- Define and track key metrics: payment success rates, latency, reliability, and user & business impact
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in fintech, digital wallets, or payments platforms
- Proven experience owning core payment infrastructure with direct revenue accountability
- Experience with payment rail strategy, payout integrations, and fee/pricing decisions in a multi-country context
- Track record of driving operational automation, ideally in collaboration with Ops, FinOps, or Support teams
- Strong technical understanding of APIs, integrations, distributed systems, and payment flows
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable owning OKRs, defining metrics from scratch, and operating in ambiguous, high-impact environments
- Excellent stakeholder management across Engineering, Risk, Compliance, Ops, and Support
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex payment concepts for both technical and non-technical audiences
- High attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and hands-on execution mindset
