
The Worker Engagement Lead is responsible for driving worker engagement, product adoption, and monetization across the Ontop ecosystem. This role focuses on the post-first payment experience, using data-driven insights to ensure workers actively use Ontop s products and integrate the platform into their financial activity.
Lifecycle Execution & Optimization Execute and optimize Ontop s worker engagement strategy across lifecycle stages.
Track and improve activation rate % of workers taking first action within X days of payment).
Design and manage engagement flows, campaigns, and touchpoints (email, push, in-app).
Identify drop-offs and implement actions to improve activation and engagement rates.
Product Adoption & Engagement Drive adoption of Ontop s key features (card usage, transfers, subscriptions).
Develop initiatives to increase frequency of use and feature depth.
Improve feature discovery and product education across the journey.
Monetization & LTV Growth Support Reserve subscription growth through targeted engagement strategies.
Increase financial activity across Ontop products.
Contribute to initiatives that improve worker lifetime value LTV.
Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with Product to prioritize features based on engagement impact and data signals.
Work with Marketing to deploy segmented, performance-driven campaigns.
Collaborate with Support to identify top friction points based on ticket volume and categories.
Performance Management Monitor engagement metrics across lifecycle stages.
Analyze worker behavior to identify growth opportunities.
Run experiments and iterate based on performance insights.
2+ years of experience in Growth, Lifecycle, Product, or Engagement roles.
Proven ability to drive measurable impact on key metrics (e.g., activation, conversion, product adoption, usage).
Experience working with user funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle stages.
Exposure to cross-functional work with Product, Marketing, or Data teams Fluent English (written and spoken) is required.
Strong ability to analyze funnels and identify drop-offs Comfortable working with metrics, KPIs, and performance tracking. Ability to turn data into clear actions and experiments.
Understanding of activation, engagement, and monetization loops. Experience executing lifecycle campaigns or product initiatives.
Strong experimentation mindset (test → learn → iterate).
Highly hands-on and execution-driven. Thinks in metrics and outcomes, not just tasks. Able to prioritize based on impact.
Experience with CRM / lifecycle tools (e.g., Braze or similar) Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Amplitude, Mixpanel, Looker) Strong Excel / Google Sheets.
