“Bucket List Experience – Inner Circle Edition - Terms and Conditions”

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Bucket List Experience – Inner Circle Edition campaign (this “Campaign”). During the Campaign, eligible Ontop users who have consistently performed key financial actions throughout 2025 (the “Inner Circle”) will receive a notification and an email inviting them to participate in a raffle to win a bucket list experience of their choice, sponsored by Ontop, for a maximum value of $400 USD.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Tuesday, April 1, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Wednesday, April 30, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from clients.

‍

1.4 “Wanderlust Plan” is a subscription plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including increased cashback rates on certain purchases.

1.5 “Inner Circle” refers to users who have consistently performed the following four key actions during 2025:

• Sent own account transfers;
• Sent transfers to third parties;
• Made purchases using their Ontop Card;
• Have an active Wanderlust subscription.

Only users who have been verified by Ontop as part of the Inner Circle and receive the invitation via email are eligible to participate.

1.6 “Bucket List Experience" refers to any personal experience or activity selected by the Participant and approved by Ontop, for which Ontop will provide a sponsorship of up to $400 USD, credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card.

1.7 “Participant(s)” means verified Inner Circle users who complete the required Typeform within the Campaign Period, expressing their wish to participate in the raffle.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: o qualify for this Campaign, you must:

• Be a verified Inner Circle member selected by Ontop;
• Complete the Typeform: https://ontop2020.typeform.com/to/YazKTeG6 shared via email and push notification between April 1 and April 30, 2025;
• Comply with Ontop's general terms and conditions.

2.2 Prize:

• One (1) winner will be selected randomly from all eligible Participants.
• The winner will receive a $400 USD prize credited to their Ontop Card, to be used for the realization of their selected Bucket List Experience.
• The amount is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

2.3 Prize Crediting:

• The $400 USD will be credited to the winner’s Ontop Card within fifteen (15) days following the raffle date.
• The winner agrees to provide a photo or video of the experience, which may be used by Ontop in promotional materials.

‍2.4 Raffle.

• The raffle will be conducted randomly on April 30, 2025.
• Only Participants who meet all eligibility requirements and submit the Typeform during the Campaign Period will be considered.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period and only for users who received the official invitation.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account if any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected.

3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately upon publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete submissions.

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the prize.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. The information provided in the Typeform will be used solely for the purpose of this Campaign.
