“Enhanced Cashback Offer for Wanderlust Subscribers on Amazon Purchases”

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Enhanced Cashback Offer for Wanderlust Subscribers on Amazon Purchases (this “Campaign”). During the Campaign, eligible Ontop Card holders subscribed to the Wanderlust plan (“Wanderlust Subscribers”) will receive an upgraded cashback rate on eligible Amazon purchases.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the combined period of:

- Cyber Monday: Monday, November 25, 2024, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-5), and

- Black Friday: Friday, November 29, 2024, from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from clients.

1.4 “Wanderlust Plan” is a subscription plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including increased cashback rates on certain purchases.

‍

1.5 “Cashback” means the bonus amount credited back to the Participant’s Ontop Card based on eligible purchases made during the Campaign Period.

‍

1.6 “Participant(s)” means Wanderlust Subscribers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign, you must:

- Be an active Wanderlust Subscriber at the time of the eligible purchase.

- Make a purchase on Amazon using your Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

2.2 Cashback Offer:

- Participants will receive an increased cashback rate of 5% on eligible Amazon purchases made during the Campaign Period.

- This is an upgrade from the standard 4% cashback rate available to Wanderlust Subscribers.

2.3 Cashback Calculation and Limits:

- The Cashback is calculated based on the total amount of eligible purchases made on Amazon during the Campaign Period.

- The maximum total Cashback a Participant can earn during the Campaign is $100 USD.

‍2.4 Cashback Crediting. The cashback amount will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Card within thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period. The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other forms of credit.

2.5 Exclusions. Only purchases made directly on Amazon are eligible for this Campaign. Purchases made outside the specified dates and times of the Campaign Period are not eligible. This Campaign cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or subscription plans offered by Ontop.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Participant's access to the Campaign or their Ontop account if any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Campaign will result in disqualification.

3.3 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right to modify the Terms or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion. Any changes will be communicated promptly and will take effect immediately upon publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Cashback rewards may be considered taxable income in your country of residence. Participants are solely responsible for any tax obligations arising from the cashback rewards.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
