Father’s Day Treat – Campaign Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Father’s Day Treat” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, Ontop users located in selected Spanish-speaking countries will have the opportunity to enter a draw for a $400 USD prize by using the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Sunday, June 1, 2025, 5:00 am (GMT-5) and Thursday, June 12, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Worker Wallet (as defined below) balance.

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the electronic or digital wallet account available to Workers from within the Ontop Platform that allows them to receive compensation payments from Clients and make electronic transactions to their own personal account(s) or to third-party accounts.

1.4 "Wanderlust/Reserve Membership" means the monthly Ontop subscription plan that provides access to premium perks and cashback benefits.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify as a participant in this Campaign (“Participant”), you must:

a. Reside in one of the following countries: Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Chile, Ecuador, or Paraguay;

b. Receive a communication from Ontop confirming your eligibility for this Campaign;

c. Have access to and use the Ontop Card;

d. Fill out the Typeform available at: https://ontop2020.typeform.com/to/tI4IyJ97

e. Spend at least $100 USD using the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

2.2 Participants who meet the above conditions will be entered into a draw to win $400 USD credited to their Ontop Worker Card.

2.3 For every additional $20 USD spent beyond the initial $100 USD, the Participant will receive one (1) extra entry into the draw.

2.4 Participants who have an active Wanderlust/Reserve Membership during the Campaign Period will automatically receive two (2) extra entries in the draw.

2.5 The number of transactions does not impact eligibility; only the total amount spent is considered.

2.6 The draw will take place on Friday, June 13, 2025, and the winner will be contacted via the email registered on their Ontop account. The prize will be credited within 7 business days after confirmation.

2.7 The prize is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) disqualify any Participant if it is determined that fraud, misuse of the Ontop Card, or other unlawful action has taken place.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.5 As per Section 16 of the Ontop Card Terms of Service: (i) these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

3.6 By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Ontop may collect, store, and use any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
