Flights Cashback – 24 Hours Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Begins: Wednesday, March 18, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Wednesday, March 18, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Card – Flights Cashback Campaign (the “Campaign”).

During the Campaign Period, eligible Ontop users will receive cashback on qualifying flight ticket purchases made with their Ontop Card.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period”

Means the period between March 18, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and March 18, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card”

Means the prepaid card (physical or digital) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 “Eligible Merchant Categories”

Means transactions correctly classified under Merchant Category Codes (MCCs) related to Airlines and Air Carriers, including but not limited to airline ticket purchases.

Only transactions correctly classified under these MCCs will be eligible for the Campaign.

1.4 “Campaign Cashback”

Means the 5% cashback granted under this Campaign on eligible flight ticket purchases made during the Campaign Period, subject to a maximum cap of USD 10 per Participant for the duration of the Campaign.

1.5 “Participant(s)”

Means Ontop users who complete at least one eligible Ontop Card transaction during the Campaign Period and comply with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES:

• To participate in the Campaign, users must:
  • Have an active Ontop account
  • Have an active Ontop Card
  • Complete at least one eligible flight ticket transaction during the Campaign Period
  • Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions
  No registration or opt-in is required.

3. CASHBACK MECHANICS:

• • Participants will receive 2% cashback on the first eligible flight ticket purchase made using their Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.
  • Only one (1) transaction per Participant will qualify for the Campaign Cashback. Any additional transactions made during the Campaign Period, even if they fall within the Eligible Merchant Categories, will not be eligible for cashback under this Campaign.
  • The Campaign Cashback is limited to USD 20 per Participant for the entire Campaign.
  • Cashback will be credited after the Campaign Period ends, subject to transaction validation.
  • This Campaign does not modify or replace any other cashback benefits that may be available under other Ontop programs unless explicitly stated.

4. CASHBACK CALCULATION AND CREDITING:

• Cashback is calculated based on the settled amount of eligible transactions.Only transactions:
  • Successfully completed during the Campaign Period
  • Correctly classified under Eligible Merchant Categories
  will qualify.The Campaign Cashback will be credited to the Participant’s Ontop Wallet after the Campaign ends, following transaction validation and Ontop’s standard processing timelines.Cashback is non-transferable, non-withdrawable, and may not be exchanged for cash.

5. RESTRICTIONS:

The following transactions are excluded from the Campaign:

• Reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled transactions
• Transactions incorrectly categorized outside Eligible Merchant Categories
• Any transaction beyond the first eligible flight ticket purchase made by the Participant during the Campaign Period
• Transactions identified as fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of Ontop policies

Ontop reserves the right to exclude any transactions suspected of misuse of the Campaign.

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Modify or suspend the Campaign
• Adjust validation criteria

Any modifications will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

7. PERSONAL DATA:

Participation in this Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:

Participation in this Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

9. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

9.1 Validity

The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period defined in these Terms.

9.2 Fraudulent Activity

Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign and block a Participant’s account if fraud or unlawful action is detected in order to gain additional cashback.

9.3 Eligibility

Ontop reserves the right to modify eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time at its sole discretion.

9.4 Modification and Termination

Ontop reserves the right to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will take effect immediately upon publication.

9.5 Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims arising from participation in the Campaign. Ontop is not responsible for technical failures or system issues that may result in incomplete transactions.

9.6 Governing Documents

Please refer to the Ontop Platform Terms, including the Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service, which govern matters not covered in these Terms.

9.7 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

9.8 Tax Implications

Participants are solely responsible for any taxes or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

9.9 Data Privacy

By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop’s Privacy Policy.
