“Level Up Rewards”

Campaign Begins:  February 1, 2025, 00:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: February 28, 2025, 12:00 pm (GMT-5)

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the “Level Up Rewards” (the “Campaign”). By participating in the Campaign, you (“Participant” or “user”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” refers to the period between Saturday, February 1, 2025, 00:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, February 28, 2025, 12:00 pm (GMT-5).

‍1.2 “Ontop Card” means the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet or Worker Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Cashback” refers to the bonus amount credited back to the Participant’s Ontop Card based on eligible category activations made during the Campaign Period.

‍

1.4 “Participant(s)” refers to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 2 and take part in this Campaign.

‍

1.5 “Categories” means the Ontop services available for activation. Participants can use between 1 to 4 categories:

- 1 – Done nothing (inactive)

- 2 – Only Own Account Transfer or only Third-Party Transfer

- 3 – Own Account Transfer + Third-Party Transfer

- 4 – Own Account Transfer + Third-Party Transfer + Spending

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign and receive rewards, you must:

- Have an active Ontop account for three (3) months or more;

- Have active payment cycles scheduled within the upcoming month;

- Start the Campaign Period using 1/4, 2/4, or 3/4 Categories.

‍2.2 Tiered Rewards: Participants who increase their category adoption during the Campaign Period may receive

- From 2/4 to 3/4 Categories: $5 USD cashback.

- From 3/4 to 4/4 Categories: $5 USD cashback plus additional perks (e.g., Wanderlust trial).

Each reward tier can be claimed once per Participant during the Campaign Period.

‍2.3 Cashback Calculation and Limits:

- Cashback is calculated based on successfully activating additional Categories beyond your starting point.

- Cashback will be credited to your Ontop Card within thirty (30) days following the end of the Campaign Period.

- Maximum Cashback per Participant is $25 USD for the entire Campaign Period.

‍2.4 Exclusions: Only Category activations made during the Campaign Period (February 1 – February 28, 2025) are eligible for rewards. Transactions or activations occurring outside the Campaign Period do not qualify.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity. This Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.

3.2 Fraudulent Activity: Ontop reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Participant’s access to the Campaign if any fraudulent or unlawful activity is detected. Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the Campaign will result in disqualification.

3.3 Modification and Termination. Ontop may, at its sole discretion, modify or terminate this Campaign at any time. Any changes will be communicated promptly and will take effect immediately upon publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may affect Category activations or the awarding of Cashback.

‍3.5  Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”). Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as set forth in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Cashback rewards may be considered taxable income in the Participant’s country of residence. Participants are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other obligations arising from the Cashback rewards.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Ontop may share necessary details with third-party vendors or service providers for the sole purpose of administering the Campaign.
