These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Cashback Campaign for Local Currency Payments” (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, eligible clients who have not previously used the Local Currency Payment Method and who make qualifying transactions exceeding a total of $15,000 USD with said method during the Campaign Period (as defined below), will be eligible to receive a Cashback bonus.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Thursday, August 14, 2025, at 12:00 a.m. (GMT-5) and Sunday, September 14, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. (GMT-5).
1.2 “Local Currency Payment Method” means the payment method available on the Ontop Platform that allows clients to pay for services in the local currency of the Enabled Countries.
1.3 “Ontop Balance” means the e-wallet account accessible to clients registered on the Ontop Platform, which reflects the available balance.
1.4 “Cashback” means a bonus credited to the Participant’s Ontop Balance, equivalent to the payment method fee (0.3%) on purchases made with the Local Currency Payment Method during the Campaign Period and subject to the conditions set forth in these Terms.
1.5 “Enabled Countries” refers to Colombia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, the member countries of the European Union, and Argentina.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 To qualify as participants in the Campaign (“Participants”), clients must meet the following conditions:
(i) Not have used the Local Currency Payment Method before the start of the Campaign Period.
(ii) Make one or more transactions for a total amount exceeding $15,000 USD using the Local Currency Payment Method during the Campaign Period.
(iii) The transaction(s) must be completed and paid in full.
2.2 Reversed, canceled, and/or declined transactions will not be considered for this Campaign.
2.3 Participants who meet all the conditions set forth in these Terms will receive a Cashback bonus of 0.3% on the total value of the qualifying transactions, which will be credited to their Ontop Balance.
2.4 The Cashback will be credited within fifteen (15) business days following the end of the Campaign Period.
2.5 The Cashback is personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for other forms of payment.
2.6 The Cashback cannot be withdrawn from the Ontop Balance.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.
3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.
3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.
3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign.
