“Master Challenge- Terms and Conditions”

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the Master Challenge Campaign (this “Campaign”).By participating in the Campaign, you (“Participant” or “user”) agree to comply with these Terms.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Saturday, March 01, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Monday, March 31, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5). Any transactions made outside of this period will not be eligible for the challenge.

1.2 “Ontop Card” refers to the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet balance.

‍

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from clients.

‍

1.4 “Wanderlust Plan” is a subscription plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including increased cashback rates on certain purchases.

‍

1.6 “Participant(s)” means Wanderlust Subscribers who meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for this Campaign, you must:

- Be an active Ontop Card Holder by the time campaign period.

- Comply with Ontop's general terms and conditions.

2.2 How to participate: To unlock an exclusive reward, participants must complete all three financial challenges within the campaign period:

- Spending Boost: Spend at least $700 using your Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

- Transaction Streak: Make at least 10 transactions with your Ontop Card during the Campaign Period.

- Transfer Pro: Make at least 2 transfers to third parties from your Ontop Wallet during the Campaign Period.

2.3.Rewards: Ontop Card Holders who successfully complete all three challenges will be eligible to receive one of the following rewards:

- One access to any of the spaces provided by the Pluria platform, to be used during the month of April 2025. To learn about the terms and conditions for using this platform, please visit this link.

- Free Ontop Card delivery.

- One month of the Wanderlust plan subscription completely free.

- 2 movie tickets. The movie tickets represented by this reward will be granted once the winner of the Challenge is announced. At that time, the winner's country of residence will be analyzed to coordinate the movie tickets with the local cinema provider.

Each reward can be claimed once per Participant during the Campaign Period.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period.

‍

3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to win the Prizes.

‍

3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.

‍

3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.

3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.

3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. COMMUNICATION CHANNELS:

4.1 Participants will receive push notifications for the campaign launch and reminders.

4.1 Weekly email reminders will be sent to update users on their progress.
