These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) govern the “October Reserve Pass” campaign (the “Campaign”), through which eligible Ontop users who subscribe to the annual Reserve plan during the Campaign Period will receive a refund equivalent to two months free on their subscription. By participating in the Campaign, you (“Participant” or “user”) agree to comply with these Terms.
1. DEFINITIONS:
refers to the period between Friday, October 10, 2025, 00:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, October 31, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
means the prepaid card (physical or digital) that users can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up using their Ontop Global Wallet or Worker Wallet balance.
is a premium plan offered by Ontop that provides subscribers with enhanced benefits, including cashback, perks, and exclusive discounts. The annual subscription fee for Reserve is USD 145.
means the e-wallet account that can be activated by and/or accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out through a number of different payment methods.
refers to individuals who meet the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 2 and take part in this Campaign.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:

To qualify for this Campaign and receive rewards, you must:

Non-Reserve users will receive email reminders encouraging them to subscribe and take advantage of the promotion. Users who subscribe to an annual Reserve plan between October 10 and October 31, 2025 will be eligible for a rebate equivalent to two months free.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 Validity. This Campaign is valid only during the Campaign Period.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place to gain access to the promotion.
3.3 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in this Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from or in connection with your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may affect subscription activations or the awarding of benefits.
3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”). Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Ontop Platform Terms.
3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as set forth in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the subscription.
3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in this Campaign, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. Ontop may share necessary details with third-party vendors or service providers for the sole purpose of administering the Campaign.
