Ontop Boost Card Launch - Terms and Conditions

Campaign Begins: Monday, January 5, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Thursday, February 5, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5)

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop Boost — Card Launch campaign (the “Campaign”), a time-bound, spending-based acceleration program launched in connection with the new Ontop Card.

Ontop Boost is designed to reward sustained and real card usage through a transparent accumulation system that increases the probability of receiving a single end-of-campaign reward.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 Campaign Period

The period between January 5, 2026, at 12:00 am (GMT-5) and February 5, 2026, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 Ontop Card

The prepaid card (digital or physical) issued by Ontop and linked to the user’s Ontop Wallet.

1.3 Ontop Wallet

The digital wallet where users receive funds, credits, and rewards within the Ontop platform.

1.4 Boost Points

Internal, non-redeemable units accumulated by Participants during the Campaign Period, solely for the purpose of weighting the final reward selection.

Boost Points:

• Have no monetary value
• Are not redeemable, transferable, or exchangeable
• Do not unlock perks, discounts, or direct benefits

1.5 Reserve Plan

Ontop’s premium subscription plan that provides structural benefits, including automatic Boost Point acceleration during the Campaign.

1.6 Participant(s)

Ontop users who complete at least one eligible Ontop Card transaction during the Campaign Period and comply with these Terms.

2. CAMPAIGN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible, users must:

• Have an active Ontop account
• Have an active Ontop Card
• Complete at least one eligible Ontop Card transaction during the Campaign Period
• Comply with Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions

No registration, opt-in, form, or additional action is required to participate.

3. BOOST POINT ACCUMULATION MECHANICS

During the Campaign Period, Boost Points are accumulated as follows:

• First completed Ontop Card transaction: +5 Boost Points
• Every USD 25 spent using the Ontop Card: +1 Boost Point
• Reserve users: Automatically earn 2× Boost Points on all eligible transactions

Additional conditions:

• Boost Points are calculated based on completed and settled transactions only
• Pending, reversed, refunded, disputed, or canceled transactions are excluded
• Transactions completed outside the Campaign Period do not generate Boost Points
• Boost Point accumulation ends automatically at the close of the Campaign Period

Ontop reserves the right to exclude transactions that are artificially fragmented or structured to exploit Boost Point accumulation mechanics.

4. PURPOSE AND USE OF BOOST POINTS

Boost Points exist for one purpose only:

To increase a Participant’s probability of being selected as the Campaign reward recipient.

Boost Points:

• Do not guarantee any outcome
• Do not function as tickets, entries, or redeemable units
• Do not provide direct user-facing benefits

A higher number of Boost Points results in a higher weighted probability, not certainty.

5. CAMPAIGN REWARD

At the end of the Campaign:

• One (1) Participant will receive USD 1,500
• The reward will be credited directly to the winner’s Ontop Wallet
• The reward may be used freely for travel or any personal purpose

This is the only reward associated with the Campaign.

6. REWARD SELECTION PROCESS

• The reward recipient will be selected after the Campaign Period ends
• Selection is based on a weighted probability model
• Each Participant’s weight corresponds to the total number of Boost Points accumulated
• Participants with the same number of Boost Points are treated equally within the selection pool corresponding to that Boost Point tier

There is no guaranteed reward, regardless of Boost Points accumulated. Ontop reserves the right to validate all transactions and Participants eligibility prior to reward allocation.

7. REWARD DELIVERY

• The reward will be credited to the winner’s Ontop Wallet after validation
• Timing of the credit will be communicated through official Ontop channels
• The reward is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside the Ontop platform

8. RESERVE ACCELERATION CLARIFICATION

• Reserve acceleration is an always-on structural benefit of the Reserve Plan
• It is not a temporary promotion or discount
• It applies automatically during the Campaign Period

Holding or activating Reserve does not guarantee selection or reward.

9. FRAUD, ABUSE, AND DISQUALIFICATION

Ontop reserves the right to:

• Exclude fraudulent, reversed, refunded, disputed, or abusive transactions
• Disqualify Participants attempting to manipulate spending behavior or Campaign mechanics
• Withhold or revoke the reward if misuse, policy violations, or suspicious activity is detected

10. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION

Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Modify Campaign mechanics or parameters
• Suspend or terminate the Campaign
• Adjust validation or selection processes

Any changes will not affect transactions already completed in compliance with these Terms.

11. PERSONAL DATA

Participation in the Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

Participation in the Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.

13. GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, LAW, AND LIABILITY

13.1 Governing Documents

These Terms operate in conjunction with Ontop’s Client General Terms and Conditions, Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”). Any matters not expressly covered herein are governed by the Ontop Platform Terms.

13.2 Limitation of Liability

Ontop is not responsible for technical failures, system errors, or incomplete transactions that may affect Boost Point calculation or Campaign participation.

13.3 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.

13.4 Taxes

Participants are solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, or local taxes associated with the reward.
