The Ontop Cashback campaign is designed to promote hiring with us thanks to the incredible rewards and benefits we offer our clients.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” The period between Wednesday, January 21, 2026, 8:00 am (GMT-5) and Saturday, January 31, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 “Cashback” means a promotional credit equal to USD $100, applied to the Participant’s Ontop account during the first month of active hiring, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
1.3 “Ontop Balance” means the account credit associated with a Participant’s Ontop account.
1.4 “Participant(s)” means new Ontop clients that meet the eligibility criteria outlined in Section 2.1 of these Terms.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 Eligibility: To qualify for the Ontop Cashback, Participants must meet all of the following conditions
The campaign is valid only for hires initiated on or before January 31, 2026.
2.2 Reward: If you meet all the eligibility criteria set forth in Section 2.1, you will receive a one-time cashback credit of USD $100, applied to your Ontop account during your first month of active hiring. The cashback applies only to Ontop service fees and does not apply to salaries, taxes, or any pass-through or third-party costs.
2.3 Cashback Crediting: The cashback amount of USD $100 will be manually credited to the Participant’s Ontop Balance within twenty-four (24) hours after the successful completion of the first payroll run. Participants will be notified by email once the cashback has been credited.
The credited amount is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash; however, it remains available for use and can be applied toward future payroll runs or any other Ontop services.
2.4 Limitations: This Campaign cannot be combined with any other Ontop discounts, promotions, or offers.The cashback incentive is limited to one per company (each company can only claim the cashback reward one time under this promotion).Ontop reserves the right to cancel the cashback reward or disqualify a Participant if any fraudulent activity, abuse of the offer, or repeated attempts to obtain multiple cashback credits are detected
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period as defined in Section 1.1.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.
3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.
3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
