These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern the Ontop FIFA World Cup Tickets campaign (the “Campaign”), The Ontop Ticket rewards campaign is designed to promote hiring with us thanks to the incredible rewards and benefits we offer our clients.
1. DEFINITIONS:
The period between Friday, January 2, 2026, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Saturday, January 31, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
We are offering companies that hire or rehire services through Ontop during the Campaign Period the opportunity to participate in a draw to receive two tickets to one FIFA World Cup match, subject to these Terms.
Ontop users whose companies hire or rehire services through Ontop during the Campaign Period and meet the requirements set forth in these Terms.

At the end of the Campaign:
One (1) eligible company that has hired or rehired services through Ontop during the Campaign Period will be selected as the sole winner through a draw. The winner will receive two (2) tickets to one FIFA World Cup match 2026.
The specific match, date, and location of the tickets will be determined by Ontop at its sole discretion, subject to availability.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and may not be redeemed for cash or any other alternative.

Participation in the Campaign implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Campaign administration purposes, in accordance with Ontop’s Privacy Policy.
6. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Participation in the Campaign constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Ontop’s General Terms and Conditions.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
7.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the designated one-hour window communicated via push notifications and email.
7.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.
7.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.
7.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
7.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.
7.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
7.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
7.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
7.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
