The Ontop Free Month & Amazon Gift Card Campaign is designed to promote hiring with us through the exclusive benefits and rewards we offer our clients
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” The period between Wednesday, February 11, 2026, 8:00 am (GMT-5) and Saturday, February 28, 2026, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 “First Month Free” means a 100% waiver of Ontop service fees applicable to the Participant’s first month of active hiring.
This waiver applies only to Ontop service fees and does not apply to salaries, taxes, statutory benefits, FX costs, or any pass-through or third-party expenses
1.3 "Amazon Gift Card Reward” means a one-time promotional reward consisting of a USD $150 Amazon digital gift card, granted during the Participant’s second month of active hiring, provided eligibility conditions are met. The gift card has no cash value, is non-transferable, and is subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions.
1.4 “Participant(s)” means any new company or legal entity that:
(i) has no prior billing history with Ontop,
(ii) books and attends a demo during the Campaign Period, and
(iii) hires and onboards at least one worker through the Ontop platform in accordance with these Terms.
The benefit is limited to one (1) per company.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 Eligibility for First Month Free: To qualify for the First Month Free, the Participant must:

2.2 Eligibility for Amazon Gift Card Reward:
To qualify for the USD $150 Amazon Gift Card Reward, the Participant must:
If hiring is discontinued before the second month, the cashback will not apply.
2.2 Reward: If you meet all the eligibility criteria set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 and continue hiring into a second consecutive month, you will receive a one-time USD $150 Amazon digital gift card, delivered via email during your second month of active hiring.
The gift card is non-transferable, non-refundable, has no cash value, and is subject to Amazon’s applicable terms and conditions.
2.3 Delivery of Gift Card: The Amazon digital gift card will be sent to the Participant’s registered email address within five (5) business days after confirmation of eligibility. Ontop is not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided by the Participant.
2.4 Limitations: This Campaign cannot be combined with any other Ontop discounts, promotions, or offers.The cashback incentive is limited to one per company (each company can only claim the cashback reward one time under this promotion).Ontop reserves the right to cancel the cashback reward or disqualify a Participant if any fraudulent activity, abuse of the offer, or repeated attempts to obtain multiple cashback credits are detected
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 Validity: The Campaign will be valid only during the Campaign Period as defined in Section 1.1.
3.2 Fraudulent Activity. Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to block a Participant’s account at any time if it is determined that fraud or unlawful action is taking place in order to gain additional cashback.
3.3. Elegibility. Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign, at any time and at its sole discretion.
3.4 Modification and Termination. Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.4 Limitation of Liability. By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from your participation. Ontop is not responsible for any technical issues, system failures, or other problems that may result in lost or incomplete transactions.
3.5 Governing Documents. Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy, as well as the Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
3.6 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, as outlined in the Ontop Card Terms of Service.
3.7 Tax Implications. Participants are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes and any other fees, charges, or expenses associated with the cashback rewards.
3.8 Data Privacy. By participating in the Campaign, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
