These Terms and Conditions (the "Terms") govern the Ontop Induction Experience (the "Experience"), a post-KYC onboarding experience created by Ontop through which eligible users may complete different levels and unlock rewards as they progress.
The Experience is available only to eligible users who have successfully completed Ontop's Know Your Customer verification process ("KYC") and are within their first month of registration with Ontop.
By accessing or registering for the Experience through the official link shared by Ontop, Participants acknowledge and accept these Terms.
The dates above define the period during which eligible workers are invited to join the Experience. Participant-level reward windows and the Experience banner run on a per-participant basis as described in Section 3 and may extend beyond the Campaign End date.
1. DEFINITIONS:
Means the Ontop Induction Experience, a post-KYC onboarding experience designed by Ontop where eligible users may complete different levels and unlock rewards subject to these Terms.
Means a user who has successfully completed Ontop's KYC process and whose Ontop account has been approved, subject to Ontop's internal validation.
Means the first thirty (30) calendar days starting from the date on which the user registered with Ontop, as determined by Ontop's internal records.
Means the official link shared by Ontop through which eligible Post-KYC Users may access the Experience and register their information, if required, in order to participate.
Only access or registrations completed through the Official Experience Link will be considered valid.
Means eligible Ontop users who have successfully completed KYC, are within their First Month of Registration, access or register through the Official Experience Link, provide any required information, and comply with these Terms.
Means the four (4) stages or milestones included in the Experience. Participants may unlock rewards as they complete the required actions for each applicable Level, as determined and validated by Ontop.
Means the benefits that may be granted to eligible Participants after completing certain Levels of the Experience, subject to validation by Ontop.
The available rewards are:
Means the date on which Ontop determines that the Participant has successfully completed the requirements to unlock a specific Reward.
Means the in-app entry point displayed to eligible Participants through which they may access the Experience. The Banner remains active for thirty (30) calendar days from the Participant's activation in the Experience.
Means the applicable Ontop product, subscription, benefit, or feature identified by Ontop as "Reserve," subject to availability, eligibility, and applicable product terms
2. ELIGIBILITY:
To participate in the Experience, users must meet all of the following conditions:
Participation is limited to eligible Post-KYC Users under Ontop's criteria.
Users who have not completed KYC, whose KYC is pending, rejected, expired, under review, or otherwise not approved, are not eligible to participate in the Experience.
Users outside their First Month of Registration are not eligible to participate, unless expressly determined otherwise by Ontop.
Ontop may determine, at its sole discretion, which users are eligible to access and participate in the Experience.
Access, registrations, or reward claims submitted outside the Official Experience Link will not be considered valid.
3. EXPERIENCE MECHANICS:
Eligible Post-KYC Users are invited to the Experience through official Ontop channels, which may include push notification, in-app message, email, and an in-app Banner. To be part of the Experience, eligible users must access or register through the Official Experience Link and provide the information requested by Ontop, if applicable.
The Banner remains active for thirty (30) calendar days from the Participant's activation in the Experience, after which it may no longer be displayed.
Ontop may send reminder communications to eligible users who have not yet activated or completed the Experience. Participants who have already completed the Experience may no longer receive such reminders.
The registration form may request, among other information:
Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate, complete, and matches their Ontop account information.
Incomplete, inaccurate, duplicate, altered, or fraudulent registrations may be rejected at Ontop's sole discretion.
The Experience becomes available only after the user has successfully completed KYC and the user's account has been approved by Ontop.
Completing the Ontop registration process does not automatically guarantee access to the Experience.
A user must complete KYC and remain within their First Month of Registration to be eligible to access and participate in the Experience.
The Experience includes four (4) Levels.
Participants may progress through the Levels by completing the actions, milestones, or requirements defined by Ontop for each Level.
Ontop will validate whether a Participant has successfully completed the requirements for each Level.
Only Levels successfully completed and validated by Ontop will be considered for Reward unlocking.
Participants may unlock Rewards as they complete certain Levels of the Experience. The Rewards are the following:
Level 1 Reward — $10 USD for Global Account Registration
Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 1 may receive $10 USD for registering for a Global Account, subject to validation by Ontop. This Reward may be subject to Global Account product availability, eligibility requirements, usage limitations, and applicable product terms.
Level 2 Reward — Free Physical Card Request Window
Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 2 may have seven (7) days to request their physical Ontop Card for free. This seven (7) day period starts running from the moment the Participant registers for the Experience, not from the user's initial Ontop registration date nor from the moment Level 2 is unlocked. If the Participant does not request the physical card within this seven (7) day period, the Reward may expire and may not be reactivated. This Reward applies only to the physical card request fee, unless otherwise communicated by Ontop. Card issuance, delivery, eligibility, country availability, shipping timelines, and other card-related conditions remain subject to Ontop Card terms and operational availability.
Level 3 Reward — $50 USD to Try Reserve
Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 3 may receive $50 USD to try Reserve, subject to validation by Ontop. This Reward is available only to Participants who request the seven (7) day Reserve trial. This Reward may be subject to Reserve's product availability, eligibility requirements, usage limitations, and applicable product terms.
Level 4 Reward — $20 USD to Try Future Fund
Participants who successfully complete and unlock Level 4 may receive $20 USD to try Future Fund, subject to validation by Ontop. This Reward may be subject to Future Fund's product availability, eligibility requirements, usage limitations, and applicable product terms.
Rewards will be granted within a maximum of forty-eight (48) business hours after the applicable Level has been unlocked and validated by Ontop.
Reward delivery is subject to Ontop's internal validation, processing timelines, system availability, product availability, and fraud prevention checks.
Ontop may request additional information before granting any Reward.

Artificial activity, self-referrals, duplicate accounts, manipulated actions, false information, or any attempt to abuse the Experience are strictly prohibited.

6. MODIFICATION AND TERMINATION:
Ontop reserves the right to modify, suspend, extend, or terminate the Experience at any time.
Ontop may adjust eligibility criteria, Level requirements, Reward conditions, delivery timelines, validation mechanics, product availability, or any other aspect of the Experience at its sole discretion.
Any changes will not affect Rewards already validly earned and granted in compliance with these Terms prior to the change, unless such Rewards were granted due to error, fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.
7. PERSONAL DATA:
Participation in the Experience implies consent for Ontop to process personal data strictly for Experience administration purposes, including access validation, registration validation, KYC status verification, eligibility verification, Level tracking, Reward delivery, fraud prevention, product activation, communications related to the Experience, and compliance with applicable requirements.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with Ontop's Privacy Policy.
8. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS:
Participation in the Experience constitutes full acceptance of these Terms, Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, applicable product terms, and Ontop's Privacy Policy.
By accessing or registering through the Official Experience Link, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.
9. GENERAL CONDITIONS:
The Experience is valid only for eligible Participants who have successfully completed KYC, are within their First Month of Registration, access or register through the Official Experience Link, and comply with these Terms.
Rewards are subject to availability, eligibility, validation, applicable product terms, and Ontop's internal processing timelines.
Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or block participation and recover any Reward in cases of fraud, abuse, misuse, suspicious activity, account manipulation, duplicate accounts, or violation of these Terms.
Ontop may modify eligibility conditions, participation requirements, validation criteria, Level requirements, or Reward mechanics at its sole discretion.
Ontop is not responsible for technical issues, failed registrations, delayed access, network failures, platform errors, delayed clicks, product availability limitations, physical card delivery delays, third-party issues, or other circumstances outside Ontop's reasonable control that may affect a Participant's ability to participate in the Experience or claim Rewards.
Please refer to Ontop's General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Ontop Card Terms of Service, Reserve terms, Quick terms, and any other applicable product terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
Participants are responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or obligations arising from Rewards received under the Experience.
By participating in the Experience, you consent to the collection and use of personal information as described in Ontop's Privacy Policy.
