Ontop Insiders Gift Card - Campaign Terms and Conditions

Campaign Begins: Monday, January 23, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5)

Campaign Ends: Friday, February 17, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5) or until all the Participants have been selected, whichever comes first.

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Insiders - Gift Card” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, eligible participants who engage in usability testing activities (described below) during the Campaign Period are eligible to receive an Amazon e-gift card valued at either $20 USD or $5 USd (the “Gift Card”). Please refer to Section 3.10 below for the disclaimer regarding the “Campaign” brand name.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Monday, January 23, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, February 17, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5) or until all the Participants have been selected, whichever comes first.

‍1.2 “Moderating Testing” means a 30-to-60-minute video call with a team member where participants complete a payment in a controlled testing environment.

‍

1.3 “Unmoderated Testing” means completing tasks via a shared Maze platform link, which involves interactive screenshots to test usability.

‍

1.4 “Maze” refers to the platform used for testing, which provides metrics about user interactions on the screen.

2. CAMPAIGN RULES:

2.1 To qualify as a participant in this campaign (“Participant”), you must:

- Be selected based on the client database, prioritizing those with identified pain points in the "Pay Now" and "Contracts" workflows.

- Receive a communication from Ontop confirming their participation in this Campaign;

- Respond to the invitation to participate during the Campaign Period;

- On the Moderated Testing (defined below) you will have to click on the Calendly Link to schedule: https://calendly.com/aparra-getontop/ontop-design-study to have the interview. Your participation will be confirmed by having the interview the confirming your participation in the Campaign;

- On the Unmoderated Testing (defined below) you must use this link https://t.maze.co/335915171. Your Participation will be confirmed only if you are one of the first fifteen participants to complete the tasks.

- Complete the assigned usability testing activity in its entirety.

‍2.2 Testing Details and Gift Card Values: 

- Moderated Testing: Participants complete a 30-to-60-minute video call. Gift Card Value: $20. Limited to 5 Participants.

- Unmoderated Testing: Participants complete tasks via the Maze platform. Gift Card Value: $10. Limited to 15 Participants.

2.3 Participants of this Campaign will be chosen by Ontop’s Customer Support, and those interested should follow and complete all the requirements set forth in Sections 2.1 and 2.2 of these Terms.

2.4 The participants shall not exceed the limits outlined in Sections 2.2(a) and 2.2(b). Selected Participants will be notified via email with further instructions.

2.5 Gift Card Distribution:

- Gift Cards will be emailed upon verification of the completion of assigned tasks.

- Participants must ensure a valid email address is provided.

- Each Participant is eligible for only one Gift Card.

- Only one Gift Card per organization will be distributed.

2.6 We are not liable for any potential failure to receive notices due to spam, junk email, or other security settings or for any submission of incorrect or non-functioning contact information. If the selected Participant (i) cannot be contacted; (ii) is ineligible; or (iii) fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release, if requested, the Gift Card may be forfeited, and an alternate Participant may be selected to participate the Moderated Testing or Unmoderated Testinsing as per Section 2.2 above.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion without prior notice.

3.3 Participants are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with the Gift Card.

‍

3.4 By participating in the Campaign, all Participants agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its related companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Campaign or receipt or use or misuse of any Gift Card.

‍3.5  Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any Participant for fraudulent behavior or failure to comply with these Terms.

‍

3.6 These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably shall be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

3.7 By participating in the Campaign, you (i) provide consent for Ontop to collect, store, and use your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy; (ii) grant Ontop permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and/or appearance as they may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made on behalf of Ontop for promotional purposes related to the Campaign, without further compensation or notice; and (iii) grant Ontop permission to use your feedback and participation for product development purposes.

3.8 By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that participation in this Campaign constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

‍

3.9 Ontop is the sole sponsor of this campaign. The “Ontop Insiders Gift Card” name is used solely for the purpose of identifying the Gift Card.

4. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

4.1 If more than 15 clients express interest, they may be prioritized for future usability testing opportunities.

4.2 Participants will receive all communication via email and pop-up on the Ontop Platform with a copy of these Terms.
