These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Reserve – Flash Friday” campaign (this “Campaign”). This Campaign is launched as part of the official release of Ontop Reserve, and through it, eligible independent contractors who subscribe to the annual Reserve plan during the Campaign Period (as defined below) will be eligible to receive a special discounted price.
1. DEFINITIONS:
1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Friday, July 25, 2025, 8:00 am (GMT-5) and Friday, July 25, 2025, 8:00 pm (GMT-5).
1.2 “Ontop Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out to the independent contractor through various payment methods.
1.3 “Reserve Subscription” refers to the premium monthly or annual plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates.
1.4 “Contractors” means independent contractors who use the Ontop Platform and are eligible to subscribe to a Reserve membership.
1.5 “Flash Friday” refers to a promotional event under the launch of Ontop Reserve, offering a limited-time discount on the Reserve annual plan for a duration of 12 hours.
2. CAMPAIGN RULES:
2.1 To qualify as participants in the Campaign (“Participants”), Contractors must meet the following conditions:
(i) Not have an active Reserve Subscription at the time of purchase;
(ii) Purchase an annual Reserve Subscription during the Campaign Period via the Ontop Platform.
2.2 Depending on the A/B test group the user is assigned to, the following promotional price will apply:
2.3 The applicable discount will be displayed automatically at checkout during the Campaign Period.
2.4 This Campaign is valid only once per user, and cannot be combined with any other discounts, credits, or promotional offers.
2.5 If the Participant cancels the subscription before the end of the 12-month period, they will not be eligible for a refund of the discounted amount.
2.6 Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any user or revoke the discount in case of suspected fraud or misuse.
3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:
3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.
3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.
3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.
3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.
3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.
By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign.
