Ontop Reserve – iPhone Giveaway

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Ontop Reserve – iPhone Giveaway” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through this Campaign, eligible independent contractors who subscribe to any Reserve plan during the Campaign Period (as defined below) will be automatically entered for a chance to win the monetary equivalent of one (1) iPhone 16 Pro (128GB), valued at USD 1,000 (“Prize”).

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Friday, August 15, 2025, 12:00 am (GMT-5) and Saturday, August 30, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

‍

1.2 “Ontop Wallet” or simply “Wallet” means the e-wallet account accessible to Contractors registered on the Ontop Platform that reflects the available balance of payments from the clients to whom the Contractors provide services, which can be held within the account balance and/or paid out to the independent contractor through various payment methods.

‍

1.3 “Reserve Subscription” refers to the premium annual plan offered by Ontop, which grants users access to exclusive perks, benefits, and enhanced cashback rates.

‍

1.4 “Contractors” means independent contractors who use the Ontop Platform and are eligible to subscribe to a Reserve membership.

‍

1.5 “Prize” refers to the monetary equivalent of one (1) iPhone 16 Pro (128GB), valued at USD 1,000, which will be credited to the winner’s Ontop Wallet. Ontop will not deliver a physical device.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

‍

2.1 To qualify as participants in the Campaign (“Participants”), Contractors must meet the following conditions:

‍

(i) Not have an active Reserve Subscription at the time of purchase;

‍

(ii) Purchase a Reserve Subscription (annual) during the Campaign Period via the Ontop Platform;

‍

(iii) Maintain an active Reserve Subscription as of August 30, 2025, at 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

‍

2.2 Each eligible Participant will receive one (1) entry into the iPhone Giveaway.

‍

2.3 The winner will be selected at random within five (5) business days after the Campaign ends and will be notified via the email address associated with their Ontop account.

‍

2.4 If the winner does not respond within seven (7) calendar days of notification, they will forfeit the prize and Ontop may select an alternate winner.

‍

2.5 The Prize will be credited in USD to the winner’s Ontop Wallet. The winner may use these funds at their sole discretion, subject to Ontop Platform Terms.

2.6 This Campaign is valid only once per user and cannot be combined with any other discounts, credits, or promotional offers.

‍

2.7 Ontop reserves the right to disqualify any user in case of suspected fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid only throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel the Campaign and (b) block a Participant’s account at any time if fraud or unlawful activity is detected.

‍

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the eligibility conditions or cancel the Campaign at any time, at its sole discretion.

‍

3.4 Ontop reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, change, or update these Terms at any time. Modifications will be communicated by Ontop and will take effect immediately from the time of publication.

3.5 Please refer to our Client General Terms and Conditions and Worker General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively, the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

By participating in the Campaign, you agree to release and hold harmless Ontop, its affiliates, and representatives from any claims or liability arising from participation in the Campaign or receipt of the prize.
