"Reserve Rewards Race Campaign - Terms and Conditions"

These terms and conditions (these “Terms”) regulate the “Reserve Rewards Race” campaign (this “Campaign”). Through the Campaign, selected Ontop users with an active Reserve membership will have the chance to receive a Pluria pass if they rank among the top 5 Ontop Card spenders during the Campaign Period.

1. DEFINITIONS:

1.1 “Campaign Period” means the period between Saturday, June 1, 2025, 5:00 am (GMT-5) and Sunday, June 30, 2025, 11:59 pm (GMT-5).

1.2 “Ontop Card” means a digital prepaid card that Contractors can acquire through the Ontop Platform and top up by using their Ontop Worker Wallet (as defined below) balance.

1.3 “Ontop Worker Wallet” or “Worker Wallet” means the electronic or digital wallet account available to Workers from within the Ontop Platform that allows them to receive compensation payments from Clients and make electronic transactions to their own personal account(s) or to third-party accounts.

1.4 "Pluria Pass" refers to a digital pass granting access to Pluria Coworking Spaces services for a limited time, the details of which will be defined and communicated directly to the winners.

2. CAMPAIGN  RULES:

2.1 To qualify as a participant in this Campaign (“Participant”), you must:

a. Have an active Ontop Reserve membership throughout the entire Campaign Period;

b. Have access to and make purchases using the Ontop Card.

2.2 The five (05) Participants with the highest cumulative Ontop Card spending during the Campaign Period will be eligible to receive one (01) Pluria Pass each (the “Prize(s)”).

2.3 Only transactions made with the Ontop Card during the Campaign Period will count toward the spending total. Wallet transfers, withdrawals, or other non-purchase-related activity will not be considered.

2.4 Winners will be selected based on total Ontop Card spending and contacted via email no later than Friday, July 5, 2025, with instructions on how to redeem their Prize.

2.5 The Prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives. Use of the Prize is subject to Pluria’s terms and availability in the winner’s location.

3. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF CAMPAIGN:

3.1 The Campaign will be valid throughout the Campaign Period.

3.2 Ontop reserves the right to (a) cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Campaign and (b) to disqualify any Participant if it is determined that fraud, misuse of the Ontop Card, or other unlawful action has taken place.

3.3 Ontop reserves the right to modify the conditions of eligibility for this Campaign and/or to cancel the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion.

3.4 Please refer to our B2C General Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, and Ontop Card Terms of Service (collectively the “Ontop Platform Terms”), which govern any matters not explicitly covered by these Terms. Any capitalized terms not defined in these Terms will have the meaning ascribed to them within the Ontop Platform Terms.

3.5 As per Section 16 of the Ontop Card Terms of Service: (i) these Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the State of Delaware; and (ii) any dispute in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably will be resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis.

3.6 By participating in the Campaign, you acknowledge and agree that Ontop may collect, store, and use any personal information you provide in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
